🚀 Getting Started
How do I start my first workout? ▼
From the home screen, you can either select a program to follow or start a quick workout.
Tap on any workout to begin, then log your sets as you go. Your progress is automatically saved!
Can I create my own workout program? ▼
Yes! Go to the Library tab and tap "Create Program" to build your own custom workout routine.
You can add exercises, set the number of sets and reps, and organize workouts by day.
How do I track my weight and measurements? ▼
Go to your Profile and tap "Edit Profile" to update your weight. Your weight history is
automatically tracked over time and displayed in the Progress tab.

What's included in WorkoutGenie Pro? ▼
WorkoutGenie Pro unlocks unlimited workouts, advanced analytics (1RM calculations, muscle group
tracking), custom programs, data export, and priority support. You also get access to all
future premium features!
How do I cancel my subscription? ▼
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions
on your iPhone, find WorkoutGenie, and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until
the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund? ▼
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device? ▼
Go to Profile > tap on your subscription card > "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed
in with the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.
⚡ Features & Tips
How does the 1RM calculator work? ▼
We use the Epley formula to estimate your one-rep max based on your workout history.
The formula is: 1RM = Weight × (1 + Reps/30). Your estimated 1RM is automatically calculated
for each exercise you log.
Can I connect to Apple Health? ▼
Yes! Go to Profile > Health Integrations > Connect Apple Health. WorkoutGenie can sync your
workouts, weight, and calories burned to Apple Health. Apple Watch data is also synced
automatically through Health.
How do streaks work? ▼
Your streak counts consecutive days with at least one workout. If you miss a day, your
current streak resets to zero. Your longest streak is saved in your stats!
Can I export my workout data? ▼
Yes! Pro subscribers can export all their data as a CSV file. Go to Profile > Export Data (CSV).
This includes your workout history, exercise logs, weight history, and achievements.
🔧 Troubleshooting
My data isn't syncing. What should I do? ▼
First, make sure you're signed in (Profile > Account). Then try the "Sync to Cloud" button.
If issues persist, check your internet connection and try again. Your data is always saved
locally first.
Apple Health isn't connecting. Help! ▼
Go to your iPhone's Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > WorkoutGenie and make sure all
permissions are enabled. Then return to the app and try connecting again in Profile > Health
Integrations.
The app is running slowly. What can I do? ▼
Try force-closing and reopening the app. If you have a very large workout history, the app
may take a moment to load. Make sure your device has enough storage space and is running
the latest iOS version.
How do I delete my account and data? ▼
Go to Profile > Edit Profile > scroll to the bottom > Delete Account. This will permanently
delete all your data. To just reset local data without deleting your account, use the
"Reset All Data" option on the main Profile screen.
